    Faulty product

    I do not recommend purchasing this product. Opened the package when it arrived to see that it had a huge hole at the front seam of dress. Contacted customer help, however there has been no assistance with my order. Have also tried to refund the dress, however when putting my details in is saying ‘order is not fulfilled’, which it has now been 2 days post delivery. Very disappointed in the lack of helpful service and poor standard of clothing for such a well known brand.
