Definitely size down. It says the model is a size 4 so I ordered a size 6 but ended up having to return for a 4.

I really like the top and the cut of it all. I ordered the smallest size and it could not zip at all, which is on me for not checking the measurements. To be safe I ordered two sizes up and that was slightly too big but fits better. So sizing is definitely something to look into before buying!
