I got this for my graduation and it’s perfect! I’m 5’3 with a 32 bust, 27 waist, and 37-38 hips. I got a US 2 which was perfect in the hips, but a tad loose in the bust and waist. I could’ve maybe sized down, but it may not have fit the hips then. Also, a little long, but with heels it should be fine. Hope this helps!
