PM Priority is our loyalty program designed to reward you for shopping, engaging and being part of the Peppermayo community.

Your journey starts as a Member, and as your annual spend grows, you can fly higher through Premium, First Class and Private, unlocking even more exclusive perks along the way.

Earn points with every purchase, collect bonus points through other activities, and redeem your points for rewards and products in the PM Priority Rewards Store.

Getting started is easy. Create an account and your PM Priority journey begins with 75 points already in your account.

Member & Premium: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
First Class & Private: Earn 2 points for every $1 spent

Checking your points balance and tier status is easy. Simply log into your account and check the PM Priority section in your customer account.

Once your Peppermayo fit has landed, we want to hear what you think.

Within a few weeks of receiving your order, you should receive an email inviting you to review your most recent purchase. Make sure you're opted in to email marketing to receive these invitations.

Submit your review through the email link and earn:

• 100 points for each product review
• +50 points for each approved photo
• +75 points for each approved video

Photo and video reviews are subject to moderation. Points are only awarded once your content has been approved by the Peppermayo team.

Photos and videos must show you actually wearing the product featured in your review. Flatlays, products on hangers, unclear images or videos, and unrelated media will not be approved or earn points. Final approval is at the discretion of Peppermayo.

Your birthday deserves VIP treatment.

Every PM Priority tier receives a birthday reward, with your reward getting bigger the higher you fly.

To make sure your birthday reward is ready for takeoff, head to the PM Priority page and enter your date of birth in the Birthday Reward section.

If you add your birthday details within 30 days of your birthday, your reward may take up to 30 days to be issued.

Share the Peppermayo love and get rewarded for bringing your friends on board.

Head to the Refer a Friend page to access your unique referral code or enter your friend's email address to send them a referral link directly.

When your friend completes the referral process, they'll receive $20 off their first order when they spend a minimum of $100, while you'll receive 400 PM Priority points straight to your account.

There's no limit to how many friends you can refer, so get the whole girl gang on board.

Ready to cash in your points?

At checkout, head to the Rewards section where you'll see your available PM Priority rewards and redemption options.

On some mobile devices, your rewards may sit under Add Discount. Simply select this option to reveal your available loyalty rewards.

Please note that loyalty rewards cannot be combined with another discount code at checkout.

Yes. Your points have a 365-day expiry from the date they're earned.

Don't let your points expire before you get the chance to cash them in. Keep an eye on your balance and redeem your rewards within the year.

Your tier status is based on your annual spend over a 365-day period.

Your yearly threshold eligibility starts from the day you enrol in PM Priority and refreshes every year thereafter.

To keep flying at your current tier, you'll need to maintain the required annual spend. If you don't, your tier status may be downgraded.

If you shopped using the same email address associated with your PM Priority account, your points should begin accruing from your first purchase.

Your upgrade may take a little time to clear for takeoff.

All tier upgrades are subject to a 30-day pause to allow time for any returns to be processed.

Once your spend reaches the threshold for the next tier, your upgrade will be actioned within 30 days.

Please note that returned items do not count towards your tier spend threshold.

Yes. Your points journey continues even when you shop a sale. All purchases are eligible to earn PM Priority points.

Points are awarded when you make a purchase, so if you later return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

If you've already redeemed those points, the deduction may result in a negative points balance.

Yes. Each reward has its own minimum order value when you redeem your PM Priority points for money off at checkout:

• $10 off: orders of $25 or more
• $25 off: orders of $50 or more
• $50 off: orders of $100 or more
• $100 off: orders of $150 or more

Store Credit and PM Priority points are two separate balances.

Store Credit is issued when you return an order in exchange for store credit and can be used at checkout. Your Store Credit balance can be viewed in the Store Credit section of your account.

PM Priority points are earned through the loyalty program and can be redeemed for rewards at checkout or used to shop exclusive products in the PM Priority Rewards Store.

Your PM Priority points balance can be viewed in the PM Priority Loyalty section of your account.

PM Priority rewards generally cannot be redeemed alongside another discount code at checkout.

This means that during key sale periods, you may not be able to use your loyalty point rewards alongside other promotional offers.

Every now and then, we'll give your points journey an upgrade.

During Double Points Days, the number of points you earn on every $1 spent is doubled.

Member & Premium: 2 points per $1
First Class & Private: 4 points per $1

Keep an eye out for Double Points Days so you can maximise your points and get closer to your next reward or tier upgrade.

Yes. If you return an order where PM Priority points were redeemed, your used points will be credited back to your account.

For a full refund, all points used will be returned. For a partial return, points will be reimbursed proportionally based on the amount returned. For example, if 20% of your order is returned, 20% of the original points redeemed will be credited back.

The original earning date still applies to any reimbursed points, so their expiry date remains unchanged.

If the points have already reached their expiry date when the refund is processed, they will expire immediately upon being credited back to your account.

Make sure you're opted into email, SMS and push notifications to be first to know about double points days, exclusive discounts, new launches and other tier-specific benefits.
