Great news for our US girlies, we have opened up our US Warehouse in Los Angeles! Soon, you will see faster shipping times, better service, cheaper returns and same day service for our LA Fam!

While we are getting our US Warehouse fully functional over the next few months, you may see that if you ordered multiple items in an order, it may arrive separately and on different days. That is because we are still sending stock from our Australian warehouse, as well as, our US warehouse until all of our stock is available to ship from our US Warehouse.

We know that this may cause inconvenience and we really appreciate your patience during this transition period!

Business days do not include public holidays in Australia and United States. Please allow an extra day for each public or national holiday.

We typically don't work on weekends, so for orders made on the weekend or Monday with Standard Delivery, please allow an extra day for delivery.

There may be a delay of up to 2 days during our sale period.

• Once your order is packed and en route to you, we will send you an email with a tracking number with tracking instructions.

• All orders are inclusive of all custom duties and taxes. You will not be required to pay any extra Duties or Taxes before delivery.
