    Retro, cute, and chic dress

    I got it as a more modest dress option for the short arm sleeves and high neck line. Looks super chic and the fabric is stretchy too. No tightness at the neckline or the arms. Excited to wear it out, it is so unique! For reference I am 5'3 and ~120lbs, and I went with a size 4!
