1.1 The promoter is The Fashion Goat Pty Ltd (ABN 25 636 024 854), trading as Peppermayo, of 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia ("Peppermayo" or "Promoter").

1.2 Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 16 150 650 927), trading as Luxury Escapes, of Level 4, 68 Clarke Street, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia ("Luxury Escapes") is a prize supplier only and does not promote, conduct or administer the Promotion.

1.3 Peppermayo is responsible for the conduct and administration of the Promotion, including entry mechanics, promotional material, entrant information, regulatory compliance, winner selection and notification, and procurement of the Flight Component. Luxury Escapes is responsible for supplying the Accommodation Component in accordance with these Terms and its applicable prize and booking terms.

1.4 Except for any consumer guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, neither Peppermayo nor Luxury Escapes gives any additional warranty or representation in relation to the Prize.

The Promotion commences at 9:00 am (AEST) on Wednesday, 26 August 2026 and closes at 9:00 am (AEST) on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

3.1 Entry is open only to natural persons aged eighteen (18) years or over who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of:

(a) Australia, excluding New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia;

(b) the United States of America, excluding Rhode Island, Florida and New York;

(c) the United Kingdom; or

(d) a Participating European Country designated by Peppermayo before commencement of the Promotion Period.

3.2 Residents of NSW, ACT, SA, NT, WA, Rhode Island, Florida and New York are not eligible. Peppermayo may also exclude a jurisdiction where the Promotion cannot lawfully be conducted or advertised without a regulatory approval that has not been obtained.

3.3 Employees, directors and officers of Peppermayo, Luxury Escapes, their related bodies corporate, and agencies, contractors or suppliers engaged in connection with the Promotion, and their immediate family and household members, are ineligible.

3.4 Peppermayo may require reasonable evidence of age, identity and residency.

3.5 A "Participating European Country" is a European country expressly identified by Peppermayo on the Promotion Post or its website before commencement of the Promotion Period after Peppermayo has determined that the Promotion may lawfully be conducted there. No other European country is an Eligible Country.

4.1 To submit a valid entry ("Entry"), an eligible individual must, during the Promotion Period and using a genuine personal Instagram account:

(a) like the official giveaway post published on @PEPPERMAYO (Promotion Post);

(b) follow @PEPPERMAYO on Instagram; and

(c) tag one friend, being another genuine Instagram account holder, in the comments of the Promotion Post.

4.2 No purchase, payment or consideration is necessary to enter.

4.3 Each eligible individual may submit one (1) Entry only. Duplicate, automated or multiple entries by or on behalf of the same person are invalid.

5.1 Peppermayo may verify the validity of an Entry and require reasonable evidence of eligibility.

5.2 Peppermayo may disqualify an entrant or Entry that breaches these Terms or is fraudulent, automated, duplicated, incomplete, misleading, offensive or otherwise invalid, subject to applicable law.

5.3 Peppermayo's decisions concerning eligibility and validity are final to the extent permitted by law, without limiting any non-excludable right of an entrant.

6.1 There is one (1) prize (“Prize”) with a total maximum value of AUD $20,925, comprising:

(a) return air travel for the winner and one (1) accompanying guest from the international airport nearest to the winner's primary place of residence (as reasonably determined by Peppermayo) to Phuket International Airport, Thailand, in business class where available within the Flight Component Cap and otherwise in a cabin class determined in accordance with clauses 6.8 to 6.11, inclusive of applicable taxes, airport charges and booking fees, to be procured by Peppermayo (“Flight Component”); and

(b) a five (5) night stay for the winner and one (1) accompanying guest at Kata Rocks, Phuket, Thailand or, at Luxury Escapes' election where reasonably necessary, another resort of equal or greater value or standard, supplied by Luxury Escapes (“Accommodation Component”).

6.2 The total maximum Prize value is AUD $20,925, of which the Flight Component is subject to the Flight Component Cap in clause 6.8. The actual value of the Flight Component and Accommodation Component may vary according to the winner's departure location, travel dates, airline, routing, cabin class, availability and supplier pricing. The winner is not entitled to any difference between the stated maximum Prize value (or the Flight Component Cap) and the actual value of the Prize.

6.3 Peppermayo will select the airline, cabin class (in accordance with clauses 6.8 to 6.11), routing and booking arrangements for the Flight Component acting reasonably and having regard to the winner's departure location, availability and the Flight Component Cap.

6.4 The Accommodation Component includes, for the winner and accompanying guest where applicable:

(a) daily à la carte breakfast at The Kata Rocks Clubhouse;

(b) daily two-course lunch or dinner (Thai set menu) at The Kata Rocks Clubhouse, with vegetarian and vegan options available on request and subject to reasonable advance notice;

(c) one (1) hour of free-flow beverages daily between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm, comprising soft drinks, local beer and selected house wine;

(d) 10% discount on Infinite Luxury Spa treatments and dining at all venues throughout the stay, with no minimum spend;

(e) one (1) sixty-minute Sense of Botanical Coco Oil massage per adult guest, subject to availability and advance booking; and

(f) a daily replenished in-room minibar stocked with local beer and soft drinks.

6.5 Alcoholic components of the Prize are available only to persons who meet the applicable legal drinking-age requirements at the place where the alcohol is supplied, and may be substituted with non-alcoholic alternatives where required.

6.6 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

6.7 The Accommodation Component is subject to Luxury Escapes' applicable prize terms, booking terms and resort policies. Nothing in those terms or these Terms reduces any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6.8 Flight Component Cap. The maximum total amount payable by Peppermayo for the Flight Component is AUD $10,000 for the winner and accompanying guest combined, inclusive of all applicable taxes, airport charges and booking fees (“Flight Component Cap”).

6.9 If return business class air travel for both travellers is not available within the Flight Component Cap for the winner's preferred travel dates, the winner may elect to:

(a) travel on the preferred travel dates in the highest cabin class (such as premium economy or economy) available within the Flight Component Cap;

(b) select alternative travel dates within the Prize Redemption Window on which return business class air travel for both travellers is available within the Flight Component Cap; or

(c) pay, at the winner's own cost, the amount by which the actual cost of return business class air travel on the preferred travel dates exceeds the Flight Component Cap, in which case Peppermayo will apply the full Flight Component Cap toward that cost.

6.10 Peppermayo will act reasonably in identifying and presenting to the winner the options available under clause 6.9, having regard to prevailing fares, availability and the winner's departure location. If the winner does not make an election within fourteen (14) days of being presented with those options (or another reasonable period notified by Peppermayo), Peppermayo may, acting reasonably and after consulting the winner, determine which option under clause 6.9 applies.

6.11 Except to the extent required by applicable law, the winner is not entitled to any cash payment, refund or other compensation for: (a) any difference between the Flight Component Cap and the actual cost of the flights booked; or (b) travelling in a cabin class other than business class where clause 6.9 applies.

7.1 The winner and accompanying guest must travel together on the same itinerary and stay on the same accommodation booking, unless Peppermayo and Luxury Escapes agree otherwise in writing.

7.2 The accompanying guest does not need to have entered the Promotion but must be aged eighteen (18) years or over at the time of travel, must be legally permitted to travel, and must comply with these Terms and all applicable airline, accommodation, passport, visa, immigration, health and entry requirements.

7.3 The winner may nominate the accompanying guest when making the booking. Once flights or accommodation have been ticketed or confirmed, any change to the accompanying guest is subject to the applicable airline, booking provider and accommodation supplier terms, availability and any resulting fees or costs, which are the winner's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing by Peppermayo.

7.4 Unless expressly included in clause 6, the Prize does not include travel insurance, domestic transport to the departure airport, airport transfers, baggage or excess baggage fees, passports, visas, travel authorisations, vaccinations, medical requirements, seat selection, upgrades, change or cancellation fees, additional meals or beverages, additional nights, room upgrades, gratuities, spending money, foreign exchange costs or other incidental expenses.

7.5 The winner and accompanying guest are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance at their own cost.

7.6 Any dining, spa, minibar or other resort inclusion is subject to availability, operating hours, booking requirements and reasonable supplier changes.

8.1 The Flight Component and Accommodation Component are subject to the schedules, availability and applicable terms of the airline, resort, booking provider and other travel suppliers.

8.2 Bookings may be subject to operational requirements, availability, seasonal or promotional blackout periods disclosed by the relevant supplier, routing changes and reasonable substitutions. Any supplier-specific blackout dates or booking restrictions communicated to the winner form part of the booking conditions to the extent permitted by law.

8.3 Where reasonably necessary because an advertised component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the relevant supplier's control, Peppermayo or Luxury Escapes may substitute that component with an alternative of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required winner consent or regulatory approval.

8.4 The winner must accept the Prize entitlement and complete any documentation reasonably required to transfer or confirm that entitlement within any period required by applicable law. All travel for the winner and accompanying guest must be booked and completed within twelve (12) months after the date the winner is notified, unless a different period is required by law or agreed in writing by Peppermayo and Luxury Escapes. The Flight Component remains subject to the Flight Component Cap and clauses 6.8 to 6.11 regardless of the travel dates selected.

8.5 The winner and accompanying guest are solely responsible for holding valid passports and all required visas, ETAs, vaccinations, customs declarations, immigration clearances, quarantine requirements and health declarations.

8.6 Neither Peppermayo nor Luxury Escapes guarantees entry to or transit through any country for the winner or accompanying guest. A failure by either traveller to satisfy applicable travel requirements does not create an entitlement to cash, compensation or a substitute Prize except to the extent required by law.

8.7 Frequent flyer points and airport lounge access do not form part of the Prize unless expressly provided by the relevant airline.

9.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

9.2 The Draw will take place at 9:00 am (AEST) on Thursday, 10 September 2026 at 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia.

9.3 The Draw may be conducted:

(a) manually, with an independent person supervising and verifying the Draw; or

(b) electronically using a random draw system that satisfies any applicable regulatory requirements.

9.4 The odds of winning depend on the number of valid eligible Entries received. Entrants do not need to be present at the Draw.

9.5 Peppermayo will maintain an auditable record of the Draw, including the valid entry pool, draw method, date and time, selected winner and any electronic draw report or independent verification. Where required by applicable law, Peppermayo will make the relevant draw records available to the competent regulator.

10.1 The winner will be notified in writing by direct message to the Instagram account used to submit the winning Entry.

10.2 The winner must respond by 5:00 pm (AEST) on Thursday, 17 September 2026 and provide any reasonable evidence of identity, age, residency and eligibility requested by Peppermayo.

10.3 Subject to applicable privacy law, Peppermayo may publish the winner's first name, surname initial, country of residence and Instagram username on its website, Instagram account and other promotional channels. Where Victorian law applies, the winner's name will be published on the internet for at least twenty-eight (28) days, or otherwise published in a manner permitted by Victorian law.

10.4 Peppermayo will transfer or arrange delivery of the Prize entitlement within the period required by applicable law, including within twenty-eight (28) days after the Draw where Victorian law requires it. If applicable law requires a different form, timing or duration of winner notification or publication, that requirement prevails.

11.1 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline in clause 10.2, is ineligible, or is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, Peppermayo may conduct an unclaimed prize draw from the remaining valid eligible Entries, subject to applicable law.

11.2 The unclaimed prize draw is scheduled for 9:00 am (AEST) on Friday, 18 September 2026 at 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia, subject to any mandatory waiting period, regulatory approval or other requirement.

11.3 Any substitute winner will be notified and, where required, published in the same manner as the original winner.

12.1 The winner is responsible for any tax, duty, reporting obligation or other charge arising from receipt or use of the Prize in their jurisdiction, except to the extent Peppermayo is required by law to bear it.

12.2 Entrants should obtain their own tax advice where appropriate.

13.1 Peppermayo may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for administering the Promotion, validating Entries, contacting and verifying the winner, and arranging and delivering the Prize, including disclosure to Luxury Escapes and relevant travel providers where reasonably necessary.

13.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Peppermayo's Privacy Policy and, where information is provided to Luxury Escapes, Luxury Escapes' applicable privacy policy.

13.3 Where personal information is transferred internationally, Peppermayo will handle the transfer in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection law.

13.4 By tagging another Instagram account, an entrant must not provide information they are not authorised to provide.

13.5 Peppermayo will not use entrant information for unrelated direct marketing without any consent required by applicable law.

14.1 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or its parent or affiliated entities.

14.2 To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Instagram from liability arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

14.3 Information supplied in connection with the Promotion is supplied to Peppermayo and not to Instagram.

15.1 Subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval, Peppermayo may modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

15.2 Any amendment will be made only to the extent permitted by applicable law. In Western Australia, once the Promotion has commenced, these Terms will not be amended and the Promotion will not be cancelled or withdrawn without any prior written approval required from the Gaming and Wagering Commission.

15.3 Nothing in this clause permits Peppermayo to avoid an obligation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16.1 Subject to clause 18, Peppermayo is not responsible for Instagram outages, internet or telecommunications failures, Entries lost or delayed because of technical failures, or incorrect information supplied by an entrant.

16.2 Travel suppliers may make operational changes to flights, schedules, routes or resort services. Any rights of the winner arising from those changes are subject to applicable law and the relevant supplier terms.

17.1 Subject to applicable law, neither Peppermayo nor Luxury Escapes is liable for delay, interruption, modification or suspension caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, government action, changes in law, airport or resort closures, industrial disputes, civil unrest, supply-chain disruption, cyber incidents or material technical failures.

17.2 This clause does not exclude any non-excludable statutory right or remedy.

18.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

18.2 Subject to clause 18.1 and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Peppermayo and Luxury Escapes exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize where that loss was not reasonably foreseeable.

18.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

19.1 If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable in a jurisdiction, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

19.2 A failure or delay by Peppermayo to exercise a right does not waive that right.

19.3 These Terms constitute the rules governing the Promotion and supersede prior promotional material to the extent of any inconsistency, subject always to applicable law and any regulatory approval.

19.4 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

19.5 Promotional material for the Promotion must accurately describe the Prize (including, where the cabin class of the Flight Component is referenced, that business class travel is subject to availability within the Flight Component Cap), state that the total maximum Prize value is AUD $20,925, identify the applicable closing date and material entry requirements, and direct entrants to these full Terms. Any abbreviated advertising is subject to these Terms and must not be misleading or inconsistent with them.

20.1 The Promotion will only be conducted and advertised in a jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a permit, authority, licence, notification, lodgement or other regulatory approval is required, Peppermayo must obtain or make it before conducting or advertising the Promotion in that jurisdiction.

20.2 New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia residents are excluded from entry. The Promotion must not be represented as open to residents of those jurisdictions.

20.3 Western Australia: residents of Western Australia are excluded from entry. Peppermayo must ensure that Promotion materials do not state or imply that the Promotion is open to Western Australian residents.

20.4 Victoria: no trade promotion lottery permit is required, but the Promotion must comply with applicable Victorian trade promotion lottery conditions. Without limitation, required promotional information must be made available, the winner must be notified in writing, a winner of a prize over $1,000 must be published in the manner and for the period required by law, the Prize entitlement must be transferred within the applicable statutory period, and any substitution of the winner or Prize must comply with Victorian requirements.

20.5 Queensland and Tasmania: the Promotion will be conducted in accordance with any applicable conditions for free-entry promotional games or trade promotions. Peppermayo will maintain the Promotion as a genuine free-entry promotion and comply with applicable consumer, advertising and gaming laws.

20.6 Peppermayo will retain records relating to the Promotion, including the Terms, promotional material, entry records, Draw records, winner verification, winner notification and evidence of Prize transfer, for at least three (3) years after the Promotion closes, or for any longer period required by applicable law.

20.7 If a mandatory requirement of an Eligible Country or jurisdiction conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory requirement prevails to the extent of the conflict.

20.8 Peppermayo may exclude Entries from a jurisdiction where the Promotion cannot lawfully be conducted without an approval that has not been obtained.

21.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

21.2 Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, without limiting any mandatory right an entrant has to bring proceedings or rely on protections in their jurisdiction of residence.

21.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer or regulatory protection applying in an entrant's jurisdiction.
