I'm 5'2"" and 130lbs, a little on the wider side so I was worried if it would fit, but the stretchiness allowed the size 4 to fit like a glove. I would highly recommend this dress. It is lined on the inside but I do recommend wearing seamless underwear or underwear without a thick lining/threading."
