"This is a beautiful dress. Size chart is very confusing since they only measure a size US size 4. My daughter is a solid US size 0 in every dress we have bought for homecoming or other special occasion events. She is about 5’2” and about 105 pounds. I went with my gut and just bought her normal size. It fits true to size. There are adjustsble straps for the chest and a side zipper. Some may think the dress is short so we are just putting some white or beige bike shorts under it. No shorts are built into tbe dress."
