    The zipper on this dress broke.

    I loved this dress, it was beautiful. After wearing it for a few hours, I went to take it off and the zipper would not budge. I had multiple people helping me but it would not work and I have no idea why. I had to cut the zipper off after hours of trying to undo it. I emailed about this and still have received no response. I loved the dress and would definitely want to wear it again, if there were no faults!
